Software operation

Each machine will be equipped with our English software system free of charge (if other languages need to be noted to confirm), the software needs to be installed on the computer accompanying the machine.

Operation interface

Following the machine attached to the operation manual, detailed description of the steps and sequence of the operation interface.

Sample placement

Our company will configure the appropriate fixture according to the different sample types of customers. If necessary, we will provide customers with the operation video of the sample on the machine.

Replace the fixture

If the machine purchased by the customer can meet both tests, or if more than one fixture is purchased, we will provide the operation video of the replacement of the fixture.

Remote operation

If the customer software and machine problems, we will have professional and technical personnel to carry out remote operation and help customers solve the problem.

Online training

If the customer has any technical problems, our company has professional and technical personnel to establish online contact with the customer and conduct teaching training.
