5. 500 sets of test data storage
The system can store 500 sets of test data, and the new test point is displayed first. Each set of data contains the mean value, test force, and test date.
6. Six hardness correction functions
The system has six hardness correction options, namely: two concave cylinders (diagonal parallel to the axis of the cylinder, diagonal 45° to the axis of the cylinder), two spherical surfaces (concave sphere, convex sphere);
When the test surface is non-plane (that is, convex and convex cylindrical surface, convex and convex spherical surface), the hardness tested by the conventional test method will be different from the hardness of the material itself, in this case, just select the correction option corresponding to the shape of the material and enter the diameter, the system will automatically correct.
7. Qualified hardness range setting, hardness alarm
The system can set the qualified range of Vickers hardness;
can set the hardness range to test whether the raw materials or other materials are within the reasonable hardness range, if not within the hardness range, the test result is red, that is unqualified.
8. Multiple data upload Settings
The upload format can be ASCLL character format or protocol numeric format.
You can select each point to upload, you can also select each group to upload;
You can select upload details. If you do not select this option, the data will be uploaded in abbreviated mode.
